Videocon V1428 dual SIM GSM phone launched in India at Rs.3200

With some truly wonderful features packed in this cheap dual SIM GSM mobile phone, Videocon V1428 is spectacular. Priced at Rs.3200 in India, the Videocon V1428 has launched in India to take the handset market by storm.This new GSM Dual SIM mobile has been introduced by domestic handset maker, Videocon mobiles in India. The phone is packed with lots of attractive features especially in the music department. This candy bar phone is a music-oriented phone that enjoys variety of polyphonic ringtones, stereo FM, MP3 player with loud speaker and dedicated music keys option. One may view videos and play music on its MP4 Player.

Apart from that, there is a display 2.0 inches, of TFT types that give resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. The phone operates at frequency of dual band GSM 900/1800 MHz with Dual SIM capabilities. With 0.3 Mega Pixels VGA Camera that sports digital zoom feature and gives a resolution of 640 x 480 Pixels, V1428 gives excellent memory collection opportunity to its users. The messaging options in Videocon V1428 are very basic and one may send and receive SMS and MMS. Lack of Email provision is a bit disappointing. There is provision for external memory expandable to 4 GB via a T-Flash Card. The special features of Videocon V1428 are pre-loaded LED Torch Light and Mobile Tracker.

Nokia C1 & C2, cheap dual SIM mobiles to launch soon in India

There are many low-priced dual SIM mobiles available in Indian handset market these days. Be it Karbonn, Spice or Oscar, all the new brands are launching a number of dual SIM mobile phones at a very economical price. Now, its Nokia’s turn to follow the trend and handset-making giant is ready with its cheap dual SIM phones called as Nokia C1 and Nokia C2 to be launched in India by Q3 of 2010. These phones would give some serious competition to the newly released dual SIM handsets from Samsung. As a matter of fact, Samsung India has launched 5 new dual SIM models in India in the range of Rs.3200 to Rs.9600.

Both entry-level Nokia dual SIM phones will be launched simultaneously within two-three months. Interestingly, they will be very affordable as their price will fall in the low-price segment i.e below a price tag of Rs.2500. Yet, they will have an array of impressive features.

Nokia C1 & C2 would sport a FM radio and VGA camera. Besides that, their address book would be large enough to accommodate 1,000 entries. It will also have an in-built LED torch. Luxury stuff such as Nokia Life Tools service and Ovi Mail will also be integrated in these handsets.

The exact price or MOP and whether these handsets will be made at Nokia’s Chennai facility are some facts that are not yet revealed by the company.

“MVL G81” Push e-mail phone with dual SIM and QWERTY keypad

This is amazing combination as the cheap dual SIM and QWERTY keypad mobile phone, MVL G81 is available at just Rs.5500. This is a pretty good looking phone made of glossy material and metallic finish. Its performance and features are one to envy as well because it has chic features as QWERTY tactility, screen clarity, optical trackpad and push mail support.

Its UI is a bit disappointing and its audio quality is also compromised as it lacks 3,5mm audio jack. However, the phone is light in weight and the build quality is pretty good. There is a 3.2 MP camera that shoots clear pictures but is not that good in video recording. The battery life lasts an entire day on complete charging if it is used moderately.

The MVL G81 price is extremely affordable and will attract a lot of people.

Cheap QWERTY keypad,dual SIM Phone “MVL G81”

The MVL G81 is a typical candy bar QWERTY shaped phone made out of glossy materials and metallic rim on the edges. The phone is light in weight and the build quality is pretty good. Its kind of copy of Blackberry Curve series,especially the 8310 model. The typing experience is good as the tactility is good. The keys are apparently small in size. There is an optical trackpad which is fairly accurate to use.

Call clarity was acceptable and so was network reception. Multi-media functionality is cool via the phone's 3.2 megapixel sensor that takes decent day shots. Video recording is rather crappy. Audio via the given pair of ear-phones is just about average as it lacks 3.5mm audio jack. The battery life is fair, on a full charge it lasted an entire day of moderate usage with one active SIM card.
