Hyosung plans to launch GT 650R and ST7 soon in India

Hyosung Motors, Koren based two-wheeler manufacturer, is planning to launch the all new Hyosung bikes including GT 650R and ST7 soon in India. The new motorcycle bread has made by Kinetic motor in India with the Aquila cruiser and Comet 250. Hyosung Motor also tied-up with Garware Bestretch Limited for the launch two new bikes in the Indian auto market. The new Hyosung GT 650R is an sporty bike, while the new ST7 comes under the cruiser category of the country. The GT 650 R is powered by Liquid cooled, DOHC, 8- valve 90° V-twin machine.

The power plant of the bike is developing awesome power output of 54.2kw at 9000rpm while produces maximum torque of 60.9 Nm at 7250rpm with its 647cc displacement. It is incorporated with constant mesh 6-speed gears (1-down and 5-up) along with Wet, Multiplate clutch. The new Hyosung GT 650R fitted with 300 mm semi floating double discs at front and the rear also has 230 mm single disc. On the other hand, the new cruiser model of Hyosung, named as Hyosung ST7 is also offering superb output of power and torque.

The powertrain of new cruiser bike comes loaded with a 678.2cc, Liquid cooled, DOHC, 8- valve 90° engine. The transmission system of new Hyosung cruiser bike comes with constant mesh 5-speed gears box (1-down, 4up shifting pattern). As per some news reports, the new Hyosung GT 650R and ST7 are expected to be priced at between Rs. 400,000 and 1,000,000 respectively.
