Bajaj increases bike prices by 2 percent

Pune based major two-wheeler producer, Bajaj Auto has increased price of the company motorcycles and scooters by 2 percent in the Indian auto market from first October 2010. Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj Auto, said, "We have raised prices by up to two per cent for almost all two wheeler models from Oct 1," Baja Auto is a popular brand in the world of vehicle production. Bajaj has strong line-up of two-wheelers including Bajaj Pulsar, Discover, Avenger 220, Platina, XCD, and more. The company all two-wheelers will now sale with new hikes prices in the Indian auto market. This price rise will not affect the brand image and continues to bless the Indian market with outstanding technologies.



The company is presently getting overwhelming response from their flagship models including Discover and Pulsar, both are performing extreme well in the Indian auto market. Bajaj is known for creating affordable bikes along with excellent mileage for the Indian customers. Bajaj Auto has registered it highest ever motorcycles sale sin a month of 3,14,515 units a 26.24 percent growth in sales in September. The total two-wheeler sales of the company stood at 3,57,769 units in the last month from 2,80,916 units in the same month of previous year, a growth of 25.58 percent. The company hope to increase its two-wheeler sales more than last month in this current month of October.



The main attraction of the company, Bajaj Discover and Pulsar motorcycles brand, which are getting wonderful attention from the Indian buyers. Besides, Bajaj auto is mulling over to launch new upgraded versions of its most popular motorcycle like Bajaj XCD 125 and might be launched the new range of vehicles- Bajaj Sonic and Bajaj Blade (scooter). Apart from that launch, Indian bike lovers will get the new bikes in India that includes Vibgyor Shark, TVS Max, Yamaha Yzf R6, Yamaha Bws, Honda Vtr, Honda Interceptor, Bmw K1300s and TVS Rockz.
