Nokia C3-01, S40 device with 5 MP camera launched in India

Nokia has unveiled the “touch and type” Nokia C3-01 that runs on S40 - the second in the kitty of it. The Nokia C3 Touch and Type has some of the best features ever on a Series 40 device. It's got a stainless steel body and has 5MP camera, 3G with HSPA and adds Wi-Fi.



The C3-01 has a 2.4" touchscreen and a 12-key hardware keypad too. It's got quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity. The internal memory is expandable by microSD cards up to 32GB.



On the software side, the Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type has Twitter and Facebook integration, the latest Nokia Messaging and email along with Ovi Store access.



The Nokia C3-01 Touch and Type measures 111 x 47.5 x 11mm and weighs 100 grams. It is expected to cost Rs.10,500 and will be available by the fourth quarter of this year. Other features include Flash Lite 3.0, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and MIDP Java 2.1 with additional Java APIs.
