Mahindra 2wheeler, the newly entrant two-wheeler market leader in the Indian auto market, is planning to launch its new motorcycle soon in India. According to some news reports, Mahindra two-wheeler is all set to launch an higher-end capacity massive motorcycle, which will be known as Mahindra Diablo 300cc in this month.
The company has recently arranged a test ride in Italy for this new Bike and gives the tag line to this test ride “tested in Italy, coming to India.” Meanwhile, Mahindra 2wheeler has already showcased its new entry-level motorcycle, Mahindra Cevalo 125cc, at the 10th anniversary of Delhi Auto Expo 2010. Both models might be launched by the end o this current month in the Indian auto market.
The new Mahindra Diablo would be equipped with 300cc, Liquid cooled, 4stroke engine which can expect to produce awesome power output of 25bhp. It is believed to be delivered mileage of around 35 kmpl in city. The fuel tank capacity of this bike is around 13 litre along with 2.5 litre of fuel reserve. The company has not yet announced the launch date and price tag of this new bike, but as per some auto website reports the new Mahindra Diablo will launch in this month with the price tag of around Rs 150,000 (ex-showroom-Delhi). The new Mahindra bike will compete with Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Hero Honda Karizma ZMR, TVS Apache 220cc, and Bajaj Pulsar 220cc.
