Cheap basic mobiles LG GS205 & LG GS117 launched in India

LG GS205 and LG GS117 are the latest entry-level mobile handsets from LG. Both the basic mobiles are pretty decent in terms of features and are immensely cheap. Taking quick glimpse at the most common features laid out in these mobiles reveal that both LG GS205 and LG GS117 are quite similar. While LG GS205 has an in-built wireless FM radio, a MP3 music player, a speaker and a headphone, similarly the multimedia components of LG GS117 has encompassed FM radio that comes with a speakerphone and microphone.



GS205 can augment to 8 GB memory via a microSD card from its mere 4GB internal memory. Such a memory expansion provision is missing in LG GS117. While LG GS205 sports a basic 1.3MP camera with optical zoom, video playing and recording capabilities, LG GS 117 lacks it. This basic connectivity features in LG GS205 are GPRS, Bluetooth, USB and WAP and these are again missing in LG GS117.



The battery life of two phones is a lot very comparable as in LG GS205 allows users to enjoy 12hours of talk time while it is 15 hours from the battery of LG GS117.LG GS205 and LG GS117 are offered at price of Rs.3,149 and Rs.1,549 respectively. The availability of these recently launched candy-bar shaped mobiles in India is in black colour and they come with one year warranty.
