Hero Motors to produce Super Bikes

India based, Hero Motors one of the cycle maker and partner of the Hero Honda group now ready to enter into manufacturing Super bike segment. After owned Hero Motors by the Pankaj Munjal, nephew of Brij Mohan Lal which is chief of the Hero Honda Motors announced it.

Mr. Pankaj Munjal said that many foreign two wheeler maker companies like Harley Davidson, Ducati, BMW and Kawasaki has entered in the Indian bikes market and now our company also will produce super bike for the Indian market, including globle market.

In manufacturing of this new Super bike Hero Motors will help of German technology. According to sources the company will invest 500 to 700 crore rupees for this new Super bike production plant and for the more capital company will except by the public share. And Hero Motors is in talks with a transmission company in Germany and has appointed NM Rothschild bank for the proposed transaction.

The Hero Motors has specialises in transmissions for recreation products with an addressable market of $1.5 billion and the Munjals have successfully separated their cross-holdings in more than 20 group companies.

The company will produce new super bikes With the Hero tag and it will be Indian based super bike maker company. And they will be like Suzuki Hayabusa and Honda CB 1000RR.

On the other hand another an another major bike maker Suzuki has launched its cruiser bikes in India like Suzuki Bandit 1250S and Suzuki GSX R1000. Piaggio has also announced to re-introduce Vespa LX125 scooter in India.
